Job description

  • Ãœberwachung der IT-Infrastruktur und schnelle Fehlerbehebung

Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen für effiziente Anfragenbearbeitung IT-Support, Troubleshooting und Behebung von Problemen in M365 und Azure Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten in den Bereichen Verwaltung und Mobilität Durchführung von Backups und Recovery-Maßnahmen zur Datensicherheit Verwaltung von Zugangs- und Benutzerrechten Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern, Arbeitsplätzen, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Sehr gute Windows und Linux Kenntnisse Erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware und Cloud-Technologie
