Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience as a SW Engineering and at least 3 years experience with LLMs/RAG/agentic systems Senior Python & LLM Expertise: Deep experience building production-grade Python services, working with LLM APIs/gateways, function calling, tool integration, and asynchronous programming. Agentic Frameworks & MCP: Strong background in agentic workflow architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations. UI Prototyping: Practical experience crafting data-driven web applications using Streamlit. Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on proficiency with Docker, OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and OAuth2 security patterns. Observability & QA: Proven capability setting up AI monitoring (token/cost controls, latency, evaluation guardrails) alongside robust automated testing frameworks. Consulting Mindset: Ability to work fully independently, communicate clearly as an external representative, and deliver structured documentation ready for enterprise handover. Nice to have: Experience running local LLMs on dedicated hardware Familiarity with Dify (relevant to Apollo Studio) Familiarity with responsible-AI/security practices such as the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications

On behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical enterprise and its dedicated digital innovation hub, Randstad is seeking an experienced AI / Python Developer for a key project assignment: JARVIS. JARVIS is a cutting-edge meta-agentic AI framework designed to create custom, domain-specific agentic workforces across the enterprise. Currently entering its MVP phase, the project focuses on training and validating prototype agents across real-world enterprise use cases. As an external consultant, you will independently drive the technical engineering, architectural design, deployment, and quality validation of AI-produced outputs to establish a robust meta-pattern and support future pilot scaling decisions.
