Job description
At Aubay, we are looking to hire a PowerBuilder Analyst Programmer to participate in the design, development, maintenance, and evolution of software applications for a challenging international project.Haga clic en “Solicitar” a continuación para enviar su candidatura.Asegúrese de que su CV está actualizado y de que ha leído primero las especificaciones del puesto.You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with functional, technical, and operations teams under Agile methodologies, contributing to long-term projects.Responsibilities Perform technical and functional analysis based on business requirements.Design software components, processes, and database structures.Develop and maintain applications using PowerBuilder (v12.5 or later) and Oracle PL/SQL.Create and execute unit tests and support functional testing activities.Document developments, processes, and test cases.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.Coordinate with IT Operations teams for deployments and production support.Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).Maintain proactive communication with business analysts and the technical team.Requirements Proven experience working with PowerBuilder (v12.5 or later).Experience with PFCs (PowerBuilder Foundation Classes) or proprietary frameworks.Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (11g or later).Solid SQL skills, including query optimization.Experience using Git for version control.Familiarity with collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, or Microsoft Teams.English proficiency at B2 level or higher.Nice to have: Knowledge of Visual Studio, .NET Core, C#, and APIs.Experience with testing tools (e.g., UFT).Knowledge of UML modeling.Previous experience in complex corporate environments (banking, insurance, or large organizations).What We Offer Permanent contract with a stable, long-term project.Hybrid working model with flexible remote work.Location: Madrid, Spain.Competitive salary based on experience and technical expertise.Tailored training opportunities (certifications, language courses, etc.).Flexible compensation package (private health insurance, childcare vouchers, meal vouchers).xiphteb Interested?We’d love to hear from you!
