As an Application Engineer I, you wonât just be a number; youâll take true ownership of your projects. You will work alongside a team of committed professionals to design Building Automation Systems (BAS) that set the industry standard., * Own the Blueprint: Independently support the design of sophisticated building automation systems using Delta Controls.
- Visualize Success: Produce sharp, high-fidelity wiring diagrams, floor plans, and as-builts.
- Innovate: Integrate cutting-edge, energy-saving strategies into every design to push the boundaries of efficiency.
Estimate & Analyze with Confidence
- Drive Competitiveness: Assist in preparing aggressive budgets and precise energy utilization calculations.
- Winning Strategies: Support design/build proposals that showcase clear, technical superiority.
Communicate & Collaborate with Purpose
- Assertive Engagement: Interface directly with customers to extract technical requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Team Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to develop high-impact, competitive proposals., * Master the Tech: Own your growth by mastering Delta Controls, BACnet, and complex system optimization.
- High-Level Mentorship: Collaborate with industry veterans to tackle increasingly complex projects as we scale.
Requirements

- The Foundation: Big-picture oriented with a relentless attention to detail., * Education: Bachelorâs in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years in HVAC, controls, or BAS design.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of DDC, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
Preferred Extras: LEED GA/AP, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), PE License, or ASHRAE Membership.
