Project Manager - International It Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead international IT rollout and transformation projects for a global Medtech organization.You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-border teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with global IT standards.Expect to manage go-lives, hypercare, and post-transition support, shaping international IT rollout governance.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact while advancing the company’s IT overarching mission.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead international IT rollout and implementation projects * Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables * Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners * Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews * Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare * Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements * Ensure alignment with global IT standards * Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management * Support communication, training, and change management * Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations Responsabilidades * Several years of IT Project Management experience * Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects * Strong planning and stakeholder management skills * Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset * Excellent English and Spanish * Willingness to travel *****% * PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage * Bachelor in IT or related field (as listed in education) Requisitos principales * 23 days of vacation per year * 3 days of home office per week * 20/month home-office allowance * Private health insurance fully paid by the company
