Job description

Miratech is seeking an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations for AWS-based contact center solutions. The role involves building scalable APIs, DynamoDB data modeling, Python-based Lambda functions, and Terraform-managed infrastructure.

Requirements

Ideal candidate has 8+ years AWS, 4+ years Amazon Connect, strong Python skills, and experience with RESTful APIs, DynamoDB, and CI/CD in Agile environments.
