Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cross-regional transformation initiatives to design and deploy Transport of Tomorrow capabilities, driving efficiency, customer value, and sustainability.You’ll shape the LLP transformation roadmap across EMEA and build a centralized analytics capability to enable data-driven decisions.You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible business benefits through AI, automation, and digital innovation.This is a senior, impact-driven leadership position within DHL’s transformation agenda.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead the LLP transformation roadmap development and execution across EMEA * Spearhead large-scale transformation and productivity programs delivering efficiency and customer value * Establish and lead a centralized Data Analytics, Insights, and Value Creation capability across EMEA * Drive realization of business benefits including cost optimization, service enhancement, working capital improvement, and CO2 reduction * Own and evolve the Transport of Tomorrow (ToT) strategy, roadmap, and deployment * Accelerate adoption of AI-driven planning, optimization, automation, and digital innovation in operations and solutions * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic projects with senior stakeholders * Collaborate with Business Development to shape large-scale customer opportunities integrating ToT and engineering * Ensure feasibility, scalability, profitability while aligning across CSI, cross-divisional teams, DSC functions, and business units Responsabilidades * 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, transformation, or related field with increasing leadership responsibility * Proven success delivering large-scale transformation initiatives * Experience operating in a complex regional matrix organization with multiple stakeholders * Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment without direct reporting lines * Experience managing geographically dispersed teams including remote/dotted-line structures * Deep knowledge of LLP products, solutions, and operations; understanding market trends and customer requirements * Proven track record with global customers and strategic accounts across multiple countries and cultures * Strong international business acumen and cultural awareness; ability to build relationships across diverse teams * Exceptional leadership ability to influence teams and senior management * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline * Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English Requisitos principales * flexible work hours * hybrid work model * professional development opportunities * multicultural team * competitive salary * corporate benefits
