Citizen Developer

ABOUT THE JOB As a BI Consultant / Citizen Developer, you are responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving reports and dashboards that provide reliable business insights.Working closely with business and IT teams, you help transform data into meaningful information, ensure data quality, define KPIs, and support users in adopting BI solutions across the organization.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A BI CONSULTANT / CITIZEN DEVELOPER?Develop, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft technologies.Create data models, KPIs, DAX calculations, and reporting logic to support business decision-making.Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.Validate, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Optimize report performance, data models, and refresh processes.Support data governance, reporting standards, and documentation.Train and support users in understanding and using reporting solutions.Collaborate with business teams, IT, finance, sales, supply chain, and leadership to meet reporting needs.Troubleshoot reporting, data, and performance issues.Promote reporting adoption and BI best practices across the organization.WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A BI CONSULTANT / CITIZEN DEVELOPER?Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and data modelling.Knowledge of Star Schema methodology and BI best practices.Experience with Analysis Services or semantic models.Ability to optimize reports and work with large data volumes.Strong understanding of KPIs, business requirements, and reporting processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Experience supporting users and driving BI adoption.Attention to detail, data quality, and reporting accuracy.Knowledge of SQL, Dynamics 365, or reporting migration projects is a plus.WHAT DO WE OFFER Full-time role within a growing and dynamic BI environment.Opportunity to contribute to data-driven and digital transformation initiatives.Collaboration with cross-functional business and IT teams.Exposure to enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.Professional growth and development in an international organization.Dynamic, collaborative, and professional work environment.
