About the Company¿Le interesa este puesto?Puede encontrar toda la información relevante en la descripción a continuación.Giunti Psychometrics is a European leader in psychological assessment and associated services.Our overall vision is to deliver “scientific knowledge for the development and wellbeing of people and organizations”.clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.Department: Information Technology / Digital ProductsLocation: Remote (Spain or Italy preferred)Employment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a versatile and strategic Digital Product Owner & Tech Product Manager to drive the vision, lifecycle, and delivery of our digital applications and technology platforms.In this dual-capability role, you will bridge the gap between market / consumer requirements, business strategy, user experience, and technical execution.You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, aligning key organizational stakeholders, and leading Agile development teams to build scalable, high-impact digital solutions that support our global operations.Engage with cross-functional business stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, HR, and Leadership) to identify business pain points, refine requirements, and turn them into actionable tech initiatives.Evaluate integrations across foundational enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and proprietary core applications) to ensure a cohesive technical ecosystem.Product Ownership & Agile DeliveryDrive end-to-end Agile software development cycles (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Standups, Demos, and Retrospectives).Serve as the primary point of contact for software engineers, architects, and QA teams to clarify requirement details and resolve delivery blockers.Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and product health metrics to assess delivery velocity, quality, and post-launch adoption.Track and control all the costs and hours of the developments tems.Ensure proper technical documentation, user guides, and training resources are created for end-users and internal support teams.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate features prior to production releases.Support IT governance, security standards, and data protection compliance across all digital product initiatives.Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager managing digital products/software platforms.Agile Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and Jira.Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of system architectures, APIs/integrations, cloud platforms, and modern enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Magento/E-commerce platforms).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.Data-driven decision-making with strong problem-solving and process-mapping capabilities.Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian is a strong advantage.Consistent with applicable law, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, citizenship, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, immigration status, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran or military status, race, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local laws, regulations and ordinances.xkdbapo Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
