Who we are?DesplĂĄcese hacia abajo para encontrar una descripciĂłn detallada de este trabajo y lo que se espera de los candidatos.EnvĂe su solicitud haciendo clic en el botĂłn âSolicitarâ.Quantion is a Business Digital Transformation services company founded in ** and part of the Astek Group group operating in more than 25 countries with over 10,000 employees worldwide.Our team is specialized in application development, UX/UI, and digital business transformation, focused on building innovative solutions that drive measurable business results.We combine our teams in cutting-edge technologies and digital deep experiences with the innovation ecosystem, to ensure that we can provide the best solution to face business challenges, from its concept to its implementation.We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile product environmentStrong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and cross-functional team collaborationSolid understanding of digital product development and performance metricsStrong Agile mindset, with proven experience in enabling agility within cross-functional teamsConfidence in managing complex stakeholders and cross-team dependenciesGood understanding of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products, as well as Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanWillingness to step outside the comfort zone and adapt to new challengesAbout the Team You Will SupportOperating within a SAFe frameworkScrum team of ~18 members across 4 locations (distributed setup)Responsible for multiple product touchpointsWorking in a high-pressure environment with strategic topics, leadership visibility, and evolving operational demandsFrequent context switching (typically every 1-2 sprints)Team ExpectationsAct as a servant leader and coach, enabling the team to continuously improve and deliver against PI objectivesFoster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams and stakeholdersProactively identify impediments and drive resolution within the team and at ART levelSupport effective dependency management and alignment with other teams in the Value StreamDrive data-informed improvements (e.G. flow metrics, predictability, retrospectives, RCA outcomes)Our offering:You will grow professionally in a company in constant development and evolution.You will benefit from a personalized follow-up of your professional projects as close as possible to your ambitions.You will make a real contribution to the companyâs development in real time.You will enjoy 23 days of vacation.You will join our team: diverse, multicultural and constantly growing.xqysrnhYou will have days full of good energy and good atmosphere.
