Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our growing team. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company’s databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management systems and SQL programming, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills., Design, develop, and maintain databases for various applications and systems
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data analysis and reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Optimize database performance by monitoring and tuning SQL queries and indexes
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate data backup and recovery procedures
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for databases and data processes
- Stay up-to-date with new database technologies and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with database design, data modeling, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (SSIS, Informatica, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
