Locals - Backend QA Tester

Backend QA Tester (Healthcare Data Focus) - Must have strong data and Tableau reporting testing experience. We are seeking a Backend QA Tester with strong health plan/payer experience to support data validation efforts as part of a migration from Facets to HealthRules Payor (HealthEdge HRP)., * Perform backend and data testing, ensuring accuracy and integrity of healthcare data

• Validate data migrations and transformations (Facets HRP)
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
• Test and validate APIs and backend integrations
• Validate reporting outputs in Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy
• Work closely with data, development, and business teams in an Agile environment

• 5+ years of QA experience (backend/data-focused)
• Strong experience in health plan/payer systems
• Hands-on with HealthEdge (HRP preferred)
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, etc.)
• Reporting validation experience (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Facets to HealthEdge migration
• ETL/data warehousing knowledge
