Job description

We’re hiring a Cyber Security Architect At Hack in Hire we are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect on behalf of one of our clients.Our client is one of the leading digital, information, and communications technology company, and one of the world’s top ICT service providers.With more than 50 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions, they are a team of over 140,000 professionals committed to creating a more sustainable world through innovation.Define, design, and lead the evolution of the organization’s cybersecurity architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.Act as the technical reference point for cybersecurity across the organization.Ensure security requirements are effectively integrated into technology programs, projects, and initiatives.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including the CISO, Security Office, SOC, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Business teams in an international environment.Promote the adoption of Security by Design, Zero Trust principles, and cybersecurity best practices.Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.Minimum of 5 years of experience performing Cybersecurity Architect responsibilities.Extensive experience in the design and implementation of enterprise and solution cybersecurity architectures.Strong cross-functional knowledge across key cybersecurity domains, including: Cloud Security, IAM and PAM, Data Protection, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Response, Zero Trust, Security by Design.Strategic mindset with a holistic view of enterprise cybersecurity.Fluent English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken, as English will be the primary working language.Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.Participation in global cybersecurity transformation programs, Cloud Security initiatives, Zero Trust implementations, or DevSecOps programs.Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO *****, CIS Controls, and SABSA.Professional proficiency in German.University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Master’s degree in Cybersecurity.CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) Public cloud security architecture certifications Leading cybersecurity vendor certifications Other equivalent cybersecurity and enterprise architecture certifications No specific degree or certification is required.The assessment will focus primarily on proven hands-on experience and expertise in cybersecurity architecture roles.Fully online: A technical interview with the client’s Project team.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity. Minimum of 5 years of experience performing Cybersecurity Architect responsibilities.
