Enterprise Onboarding Manager

As an Implementation Manager specializing in enterprise rollouts at Go Icon, you will lead the seamless implementation of our software solutions for large-scale deployments involving 5+ senior care communities. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-level projects that meet our customers’ strategic goals. • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level software implementation projects, preferably in the SaaS industry or with multi-site organizations.
• Prior experience in the senior living industry is a significant benefit, particularly with involvement in multi-site projects or implementations.
• Strong project management skills, with expertise in leading large-scale, multi-community deployments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of engaging executive stakeholders and building strong relationships.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for a variety of audiences, tailoring content to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies tailored to enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Salesforce, and collaboration platforms such as Slack and Gsuite.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) or change management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support on-site enterprise rollouts.
