Job description
As part of the Configuration & Data Management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, analyzing, and releasing engineering changes and other requirements documentation in the Product Lifecycle Management repository (EPDM), including initiation and follow up activities for corrective actions
- Ensure customer contract and configuration/data management requirements are met
- Support administration of CDM repository databases and systems.
- Manage accurate baselines and provide status accounting reporting.
- Participate in CM audit events
- Conducting/managing change boards, tracking action items, and generating meeting minutes
- Analyzing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) for contract and task compatibility and loading CDRL/SDRLs to tracking tools and websites
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with experience in program Configuration & Data Management (CDM) processes, procedures, and tools. Seeking candidate who possesses solid verbal and writing communication skills. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills to manage priorities for multiple tasks in a fast paced environment., * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical skills to follow and understand relationships of hardware and software systems
- Technical, Business, or related degree; or equivalent combination of educations and experience
Desired Skills
- Ability to multitask and lead across several competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to understand and work with various disciplines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in Jira, Access Databases, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint and other collaboration tools
- Systems thinking
- Knowledge or experience of configuration and data management principles and standards such as ANSI/EIA-649.
- Experience in Data Management activities such as scheduling, tracking, and submitting data, and/or working with data repositories.
- Experience facilitating change boards or multi-discipline reviews
- Experience on a technical program or technical coursework
- Active Top Secret/SCI or Secret security clearance

Full-Time Salary Range: $61900.00 - $114900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
