The consultant will lead discovery efforts, evaluate migration and modernization options, identify business and technical risks, and develop an implementation RFP for vendor selection. EXPERT LEVEL, Assess the current Dynamics CRM 8.2 environment, including workflows, integrations, reporting, data architecture, and dependent applications.

Lead stakeholder interviews and business process discovery sessions across multiple departments.

Evaluate CRM modernization options, including migration to Dynamics 365 Online, greenfield rebuild, hybrid approaches, and data archival strategies.

Develop future-state recommendations, roadmaps, risks, and decision criteria for executive leadership.

Assess data retention, attachment management, SharePoint integrations, Exchange/EWS dependencies, workflows, and CRM-connected applications.

Create a comprehensive implementation RFP and vendor evaluation framework.
