Digital Solutions Leader

• Collecting and refining requirements through customer mentorship and guidance on the tradeoff decisions for cost, schedule, and capability.
• Translating mission requirements into scalable and interoperable system designs linked to organizational outcomes.
• Creating technology architectures, frameworks, reference models, and roadmaps that mitigate project and technological risk.
• Lead technical decision-making and enforce architecture standards for Agile solution delivery teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to programs for solutions bridging multiple cloud environments and classification level.
• Communicate architecture decisions and their trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engaging customer management and governance bodies to aid them in effectively funding/staffing digital transformations via integration with their mission execution.
• Continuously expand our solutions and reputation for rapidly onboarding DoD customers into cutting-edge digital engineering and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Build Partnerships with complimentary firms and solution providers.
• Actively contribute to the firm strategy through developing repeatable solutions that meet the needs of our client base; drive market discovery and adoption through business development.

• A desire to understand and optimize DoD Acquisition and Sustainment mission and objectives.
• IT solution road mapping and architecting experience
• A passion for and understanding of weapon system systems engineering and product lifecycle management and the tools used to support the program and product support teams.
• Experience in delivering IT Solutions in commercial or DoD systems engineering, manufacturing, product development, maintenance repair and overhaul organizations.
• Experience and understanding of the benefits and capabilities of CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, MBSE, Digital Thread, Digital Twin to improve customer performance and effectiveness.
• Ability to rapidly assess and learn how to effectively employ digital engineering and product lifecycle management solutions as well as best practices for deploying them in cloud, on-premises, and classified environments.
• Ability to interpret technobabble, geek speak, software branding and translate it all into something the customer can understand and support.
• Willingness to jump-in and carry some of the load when the solution delivery team needs help.
• Project management experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
• Ability to seek the advice of our expert staff and solution partners in defining customer solutions and ensuring customer’s needs are meet within cost and schedule objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience managing technically complex efforts.
• Experience of designing/ handling data between different applications
• Experience in costing projects and balancing customer and corporate financial needs
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Consulting or a desire to quickly learn consulting project management.
• US Citizen with the ability to Obtain DoD Secret and/or Top-Secret Security Clearance, currently cleared preferred

Compensation will be determined in partnership with the Hiring Manager and may vary based on factors such as contract and labor category alignment, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications or licenses, and geographic location.
