Job description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help inform strategic decisions and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner., Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns

  • Develop and maintain data models and databases to support business needs
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities and provide data-driven solutions
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and projects
  • Identify data quality issues and work with the relevant teams to resolve them
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and large datasets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data modeling and database design
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
