React Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a React Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be strong in React-based frontend development and comfortable working with modern backend technologies, contributing across the full software development lifecycle., * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications with a focus on React-based frontends.

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
• Work with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js/Express/NestJS or Java/Spring, Python/Django/FastAPI, etc.) to implement business logic and services.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and write/optimized queries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, use Git, and follow DevOps practices for automated builds and deployments.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring high availability and performance.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help define frontend standards and best practices.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
• Deep hands-on experience with React (hooks, functional components, performance optimization).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Working knowledge of at least one backend stack (e.g., Node.js/Express/NestJS, or exposure to Java/Spring, Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL DB (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with Git, npm/yarn/pnpm, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks.
• Exposure to micro-frontend architectures.
• Knowledge of security best practices for web apps (XSS, CSRF, OWASP).
• Basic understanding of monitoring & logging tools (e.g., Sentry, LogRocket, ELK).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI)., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Relevant certifications in React, TypeScript, or cloud platforms are a plus.
