Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community.Position Location: Camp Springs, MDWho are you?Security-cleared Professional: Must be able to meet federal requirements to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance.Education and Experience: You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related experience in cybersecurity as an ISSM or similar.What you’ll do:The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) provides senior leadership for security aspects of highly complex technology programs under this task order, setting security objectives, defining scope and goals, and selecting appropriate security methodologies. The ISSM forecasts and recommends security staffing and resources, develops and manages schedules for concurrent security initiatives, directs cross-functional security activities, and takes timely corrective action to address risks and issues. The ISSM oversees major security deliverables, mentors senior executives on security governance and culture, and applies advanced technical expertise and strong analytical skills to inform decisions.
