Have 10 + yrs of extensive experience, able to architect the TDM solution, TDM strategy and artefacts preparation Should have experience with any Industry standard TDM tool. TDM Automation experience Good Client interfacing skills Utility domain knowledge Very good communication skills Nice to have skills: Expertise in defining and implementing comprehensive Test Data Management (TDM) solutions aligned with project requirements. Expertise in developing Test Data Management strategies, test plans, estimations, and implementing TDM solutions. Expertise in establishing TDM frameworks, governance standards, and best practices for efficient data provisioning. Expertise in configuring industry-standard TDM tools for data masking, sub-setting, and test data generation. Experience in designing and implementing TDM automation scripts and workflows to streamline data provisioning and reduce manual effort. Should be able to act as the primary point of contact for client discussions related to TDM requirements, solutions, and progress.
