Job description

software development lifecycle; designing and implementing secure API authentication and authorization mechanisms to support enterprise identity and single sign-on capabilities using Spring Security; supporting migration and deployment of application components to cloud-based environments; ensuring software quality through test-driven development practices including unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews using Junit and Mockito; and in executing job duties, using version control systems including Git and Bitbucket, build tools including Maven, CI/CD platforms and automation tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions, code quality tools including SonarQube, containerization and deployment tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, monitoring and observability platforms including Splunk, and additional enterprise development tools including OAuth, Git, SVN, Bitbucket, Tomcat, and Unix/Linux scripting. Salary range: $143,150.00 - $165,000.00/year This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank’s Employee Referral Incentive Program.

Requirements

DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer in Cary, NC to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, distributed microservices and enterprise payment processing applications. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience architecting, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications and scalable microservices-based systems using Java and Spring Boot; designing distributed system architectures and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs and event-driven systems to enable asynchronous communication, real-time data processing, and integration across services using Kafka, JMS, and MQ; optimizing database performance through data modeling and development of efficient queries, stored procedures, and functions across relational database environments including Oracle, Postgres, and PL/SQL; integrating application security practices including code scanning and vulnerability remediation into the
