Job description

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy across a major S/4 HANA transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a stable, high-quality SAP landscape while supporting business continuity from day one.

As the programme’s testing authority, you will establish governance frameworks, coordinate multiple stakeholders, oversee delivery partner performance, and ensure the successful implementation of a robust, enterprise-wide SAP solution. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams, and external delivery partners to drive successful programme outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and govern the end-to-end test strategy, quality standards, environments, test cycles, and readiness criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-system testing activities across SAP S/4 HANA and connected systems.
  • Manage delivery partner testing workstreams and drive accountability for quality, timelines, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure comprehensive end-to-end business process and integration testing.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for testing progress, risks, issues, and programme readiness

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading testing within large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, or S/4 HANA programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing systems integrators and third-party partners.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing
  • Experience with test management, automation, and defect tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of system architecture and CI/CD principles
