Job description
- Lead solution design, build, and delivery across Power Platform and D365 CE projects
- Own technical quality, standards, and deliverables
- Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors, and Azure services
- Work directly with customers to refine requirements
- Guide ALM, DevOps, and deployment approaches
- Mentor developers and lead distributed teams
- Act as the technical authority across project delivery
- Shape solutions and contribute to complex solution design, integration architecture, and troubleshooting
- Set the standard for engineering quality across the team
- Stay current with Microsofts platform evolution, including Copilot, Power Platform enhancements, and AI-driven and agentic business solutions
- Assess emerging capabilities and guide their pragmatic adoption in customer solutions
- Translate business requirements into robust, supportable solutions while balancing best practice with delivery pragmatism
- Build confidence with customers through clear and credible technical guidance

Requirements
- 5 years of Power Platform and D365 delivery experience
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Model-driven and Power Pages), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience implementing D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, and Customer Insights
- Front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Liquid Template
- Server-side development experience, preferably using C#/.NET/.NET Core
- Integration experience with REST APIs and custom connectors
- Knowledge of Azure integration services
- Experience with ALM and CI/CD
- Comprehensive understanding of non-functional requirements
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Desirable: Copilot Studio and/or Foundry experience
- Desirable: C# and JavaScript experience
- Desirable: enterprise delivery experience
- Desirable: experience delivering with the Success by Design framework
- Desirable: experience with UI/UX design
- Desirable: experience building accessible applications
- Desirable: experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Forms, and Teams
