Significant experience in a Senior or Lead Systems Engineering role within the space industry Proven experience taking a satellite through the complete design-to-test lifecycle MSc or higher in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Software Engineering or a related field Strong expertise in requirements management, system architecture, verification and testing Knowledge of ECSS and/or NASA standards Experience with mission analysis tools such as STK or GMAT Strong understanding of multidisciplinary satellite engineering and system-level trade-offs Ability to communicate complex technical decisions to both engineering teams and customers Strong technical leadership, analytical thinking and risk-management capabilities
