Job description

  • esPartner with Manufacturing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, reporting needs, and operational challenge
  • s.Extract, transform, and model data from ERP, legacy, and operational systems to support reporting and business analysi
  • s.Develop standardized and repeatable datasets for ongoing operational reportin
  • g.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational analytic
  • s.Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual data entry and repetitive reporting tasks using tools such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, or similar automation platform
  • s.Identify opportunities to replace manual Excel-based processes with more scalable systems and workflow
  • s.Evaluate existing tools and processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and visibilit
  • y.Improve data integrity and reporting consistency through documentation, standardization, and data governance practice
  • s.Create and maintain process documentation, including process flows, SOPs, work instructions, and technical data documentatio
  • n.Train and support cross-functional teams on reporting tools, data responsibilities, and new workflow
  • s.Serve as a consultative problem solver who can translate operational challenges into practical systems and data solution

Requirements

  • onsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experien
  • ce.Approximately 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, business systems, operations, development, or similar rol
  • es.Strong proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel, and Power
  • BI.Experience working with ERP systems and operational data structur
  • es.Experience designing repeatable and scalable data workflo
  • ws.Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platfor
  • ms.Experience with automation technologies such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code solutio
  • ns.Experience with process mapping and workflow redesign tools such as Vis
  • io.Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholde
  • rs.Experience supporting manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, or finance environmen

They are seeking an experienced Data & Systems Analyst who will work closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams to improve how operational data is collected, organized, analyzed, and reported. This role combines data analytics, systems improvement, automation, and business process optimization to create more efficient and scalable workflows.

A major focus of the position will be transitioning existing manual and Excel-based processes into standardized data models, automated workflows, and dashboards that provide greater visibility into manufacturing and operational performance
