Eaton is a global intelligent power management company with over 92,000 employees serving customers in 160+ countries.We are accelerating the energy transition through electrification and digitalisation - and we need talented engineers to help make it happen.We Make What Matters Work.Service Digital Integration Solution EngineerHybrid - in Zaragoza or another location in Spain (ES)Why this role mattersOur Digital Integration Solutions team has 20+ years of experience deploying and supporting mission-critical digital power management software for data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings across EMEA.As a Service Digital Integration Solution Engineer, you will be at the heart of that work - designing, deploying, and supporting the systems that keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.What You’ll DoDesign & ProposeDesign technical solutions for EPMS, DCIM, and PSA projects across EMEA - system architecture, topology drawings, hardware BOMs, project schedules, and detailed proposal documentation (budgetary and binding).Implement & DeployImplement and deploy power management and mission-critical monitoring systems (Brightlayer, Foreseer, Power Xpert, PowerNet, next-gen platforms) as well as EPMS, SCADA, and Energy Management solutions across data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings.Define deployment methodology - work method statements, validation criteria - and coordinate site execution by local teams, third parties, or directly.Support & ConsultOwn L3 software support escalated from the central technical support team; provide applied engineering consultation on system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, and training.Collaborate & StandardiseWork cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering to manage scope variations, flag technical risks, propose mitigations, and deliver on time.Produce and validate engineering documentation with internal teams and external partners.Drive knowledge sharing through technical presentations and contribute to the standardisation of deliverables, processes, and tools within the System Integration Services team.GrowInvest in your professional development through Eaton University, third-party training, and all required safety courses.Travel as needed for site visits, customer meetings, and project execution.QualificationsDegree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Power Management, Automation, or a related field.3+ years’ experience with power management systems, ideally in data-centre environments.SkillsAvailability to travel minimum of 30% within EMEA.Strong knowledge of power distribution - MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, power quality meters, protective relays, and EPMS/DCIM systems.Software, networking & protocols - Windows/Linux, databases, Serial/Ethernet/Fibre networking, and industrial protocols (Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP); able to troubleshoot hardware and interfaces end to end.Hands-on diagnostics - test equipment, fault-finding, and repair of automation and power management systems.Fluent English; strong communicator comfortable working across diverse, multicultural teams.Self-driven and organised - able to solve high-complexity problems independently and juggle multiple deadlines.Safety-first mindset with the conviction to stop unsafe practices, and high personal integrity.PLC, HMI, IED programming and logic control concepts.Nice to haveExperience with power system automation software or Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM).At EATON we are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.Our recruitment processes use balanced selection criteria and avoid unlawful discrimination against applicants on the basis of their age, colour, disability, marital status, national origin, gender, gender identity, genetic information, race or racial origin, religion, sexual orientation or any other status protected or required by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
