Job description

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Messaging Engineer to serve as the primary owner of our enterprise messaging environment. This individual will be responsible for the administration and support of Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams across a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment supporting approximately 70,000 users. The role partners closely with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to support investigations, eDiscovery requests, mail flow management, messaging governance, and overall platform reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years administering Exchange Online/Microsoft 365 environments, with demonstrated Power Platform governance experience Copilot administration experience
