Job description

Assist in Guidewire application configuration and customization.
Work with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter based on project requirements.
Develop and maintain application components using Guidewire Gosu.
Assist with business rules, workflows, UI configuration, and product model configuration.
Work with XML, JSON, APIs, and database concepts.
Assist in developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in application testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Basic knowledge of Java or similar programming languages.
Willingness to learn Guidewire Gosu.
Knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
Exposure to Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Understanding of insurance concepts such as Policy, Claim, Billing, and Underwriting.
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and REST APIs is a plus.
Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred., Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
