- Be an early applicant, * Begleitung eines cross-funktionalen Scrum-Teams im ART Finance
- Coaching der Teammitglieder in Product Discovery & Product Delivery
- Moderation aller Scrum- und SAFe-Zeremonien (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro, PI Planning)
- Identifikation und Beseitigung von Impediments
- Weiterentwicklung agiler Methoden im Team und ART
- Förderung von Transparenz, Zusammenarbeit und Stakeholder-Kommunikation
- Analyse und Optimierung des Team-Flows sowie der Delivery Pipeline
- Unterstützung der IT-Transformation im Finance-Umfeld eines Großversicherers
Requirements
- Fundierte Erfahrung als Scrum Master in agilen Teams
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban und agilen Arbeitsweisen
- Praxiserfahrung mit Skalierungsframeworks, idealerweise SAFe
- Souveräne Durchführung und Moderation agiler Zeremonien
- Erfahrung im Coaching und Enablement von Teams und Stakeholdern
- Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Optimierung von Team- und Lieferprozessen
- Kenntnisse in Continuous Integration, DevOps und modernen Entwicklungspraktiken
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Konfliktlösungs- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
