Requirements
Requirements - Must have -English (B2+ or higher)
- you’re comfortable using English every day for writing/reading documentation and for live collaboration with teammates around the world (calls, chats, meetings). -Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform , including but not limited to BigQuery, BigTable, or Cloud Run -Strong DevOps background, including: -Containerization (Docker) -CI/CD pipelines Terraform Proficiency in Python and shell scripting -Familiarity with additional programming languages is a plus -Experience with Nextflow pipelines and cloud-based workflow orchestration -Experience with HPC environments , scientific computing, or HPC-to-cloud migrations -Working knowledge of Big Data tools and concepts , including query optimization Requirements - Nice to have -Experience migrating on-prem or legacy HPC workloads to the cloud -Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and networking best practices -Experience supporting data science, bioinformatics, or research-driven workloads -Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps practices -Experience mentoring teammates or contributing to shared engineering standards
