If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support the enhancement and optimization of finance processes within theSAP S/4HANA Public Cloudenvironment as well as supporting the global rollout in the remaining countriesThis role combines strong finance expertise with SAP functional knowledge, enabling you to work closely with business stakeholders, translate requirements into SAP solutions, and support end-to-end financial process improvements.The focus is onhands-on functional consulting, cross-module collaboration, and bridging functionality within the system, rather than technical development or architecture ownership.What You’ll Do:Gather and analyze business requirements across finance and controlling processesConfigure and enhance SAP FICO functionality in SAP S/4HANA Public CloudBridge finance processes across modules to ensure end-to-end process alignmentWork across SAP features and modules to support business requirementsTranslate business needs into effective SAP configurationsParticipate in stakeholder workshops and provide functional SAP expertiseSupport system enhancements, changes, and process improvementsCollaborate with technical and support teams during implementation and post-go-live phasesContribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and system usageWhat You’ll Need for this Role:Strong experience as an SAP FICO ConsultantSolid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus)Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes (GL, AP, AR, cost controlling, reporting)Experience in SAP configuration and functional consultingAbility to work across modules and understand end-to-end business processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEnglishWhat You’ll Love about Us:We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your positionWork in a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry of an international company with multi-cultural teams around the world Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertisingIn line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices.
