Requirements

Must have a minimum of (15) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming; at least ten (10) years of said experience shall have included responsibility on a project basis for analyzing operational methods and developing computer programs to meet desired results.
Must have minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working as a solution architect, in providing solutions that aligns with enterprise architecture and aligns with business process in use.
Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working with public pension systems or experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and processes like Client.
Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Oracle 11g, Oracle 19C, PL/SQL, SQL
Must have minimum of seven (7) years if working on new or maintaining existing IT actuarial systems.
Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience implementing Stored procedures and PL SQL to process large volume of data and ETL.
Experience with data reporting using Power BI
Experience with data storage and analytics in Snowflake
