Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Program Integrator / Project Lead to join our team supporting Aviation and Missile Center UAS/C-UAS Proof of Concept (PoC) in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is expected to be onsite with Government customers. Some travel is required., · Serve as the overall Project Lead for UAS/C-UAS Proof of Concept activities. · Develop and execute integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. · Develop comprehensive PoC execution plans. · Coordinate demonstration objectives with government stakeholders. · Define success criteria, evaluation metrics, and operational scenarios. · Oversee logistics, test planning, range coordination, and safety planning, Lead daily execution of technical, operational, and business activities. · Manage program risks, assumptions, issues, and mitigation plans. · Ensure successful execution within cost, schedule, and performance objectives. · Serve as primary interface with Government Program Managers, Technical Leads, and operational users. · Lead program status meetings. · Prepare executive briefings and decision support materials. · Present technical progress and recommendations to senior government leadership. · Coordinate engineering activities across hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and systems integration teams. · Facilitate technical interchange meetings and design reviews. · Lead a team of technical experts operating the PoC. · Produce status reports, Executive dashboards, Integrated Schedules, Demonstration summaries, and final PoC assessment reports

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Military Science, or related field. · 12+ years of DoD program management, systems engineering, or technical integration experience. · Experience leading complex DoD technology demonstration or prototype efforts. · Experience with UAS, Counter-UAS, autonomy, robotics, ISR, or related defense technologies. · Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams. · Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and rapid prototyping processes. · Experience coordinating multiple contractors and government organizations. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to travel to government facilities and test ranges. Preferred Qualifications: · Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline. · PMP certification, equivalent DoW Certification. · Experience supporting US Army acquisition programs. Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active {Secret} Clearance or the ability to obtain one. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Other Requirements: Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
