This includes building AI agents, data pipelines, integrations, PoCs and evaluation frameworks, as well as working directly with enterprise customers.What we’re looking for5+ years of software/data/AI engineering experienceStrong Python, SQL and data engineering skillsEither a Data Engineer with AI/agent experience or AI Engineer with strong data experienceExperience building and shipping production systems end-to-endUnderstanding of AI evaluation and probabilistic systemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environmentsCommercial mindset - focused on customer outcomes and ROI , not just technologyYou’ll typically spend around 40% with customers and 40% building the core product , with significant ownership and influence over what gets built.
