Job description

  • Execute and coordinate testing activities for ongoing enhancements and projects
  • Support incident ticket management and issue resolution
  • Partner with business, IT, and COE teams to troubleshoot operational issues
  • Assist with business process validation and user acceptance testing
  • Support process documentation and user training as needed
  • Help maintain continuity while Generac transitions a team member into a new role

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning and scheduling processes
  • Experience with SAP Plan-to-Make (PTM) processes
  • Understanding of lead time determination
  • Experience with configured and modelized/manufactured products
  • Ability to troubleshoot and root-cause planning and production-related issues
  • Experience working with business users, IT teams, and SAP COE organizations
  • Ability to support system testing and validation after configuration changes are completed
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a business-facing role, * Manufacturing industry background
  • Operations planning
  • Production scheduling
  • SAP PP/PTM-related business process experience
  • Global process ownership or COE support experience, * Manufacturing Planning SME
  • Production Planning Lead
  • SAP PP Functional Consultant with strong business-process focus
