CRM Transformation Consultant

BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, is seeking a talented Salesforce CRM Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale healthcare CRM transformation initiative. This role will lead the implementation and integration of Salesforce CRM with AI technologies, Microsoft Dynamics, Epic, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms., * Serve as a primary point of contact for the customer throughout the CRM transformation engagement, building positive client relationships and increasing engagement with customer leaders and senior stakeholders * Manage the delivery team responsible for implementing the CRM solution, which may include offshore resources, ensuring the team is organized, staffed, and performing effectively against the project plan * Ensure the CRM solution being implemented, including integrations with external systems, AI platforms, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, aligns with the goals and objectives stated in the statement of work and other agreement documents * Manage the project budget and timeline, tracking spend and schedule against plan, and taking corrective action to keep the engagement on track * Ensure plans are developed and executed to resolve project issues and blockers, maintaining close working relationships with the team to identify constraints early * Communicate with customer leaders and executives on project status, issues, budget, and other key updates, and provide the same reporting to internal management * Identify customer requirements and develop cohesive project plans and implementation strategies that improve business operations through more efficient processes and systems * Oversee quality assurance and feedback for offshore and partner resources supporting the engagement; schedule and lead internal and external meetings to review project progress and maintain project management tools with current information, Candidates will have Salesforce, Healthcare, MS Dynamics, and Epic experience in integration projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of CRM implementation and consulting experience, strong Salesforce expertise, healthcare provider/payer experience, and a proven track record leading complex enterprise integration and transformation projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce CRM transformation expertise with healthcare technology and enterprise integration experience, particularly across provider and payer environments., 10+ years of CRM implementation/consulting experience with project or workstream leadership. * Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM implementations and transformation programs. * Healthcare industry experience with provider and/or payer organizations. * Experience with Epic integrations and healthcare enterprise systems. * Experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM/business platforms. * Experience with AI-enabled CRM solutions and enterprise AI integrations. * Strong integration experience with Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, APIs, cloud platforms, and external systems. * Proven experience managing enterprise project budgets, timelines, delivery teams, and offshore resources. * Strong understanding of CRM strategy, solution design, business processes, integration architecture, and project management. * Executive-level communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Certifications * Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or related Salesforce certification. * PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification. * Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or related cloud certification. Must have Degree, Fully Remote but able to travel up to 30 percent and prefer consultants live in DFW, ATL, ORD or East Coast (near large airport)
