Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable PLM solutions, supporting product development and NPI processes, driving data migration initiatives, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement PLM solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of ENOVIA / Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable PLM architectures.
- Design and configure workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and PLM processes.
- Develop solutions supporting BOM management, ECR, ECO, and ECN processes.
- Define PLM configuration and integration strategies.
- Support data migration planning, mapping, validation, and execution.
- Design solutions supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Help establish and maintain a connected digital thread across engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product management, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Review existing PLM environments and recommend improvements and modernization strategies.
- Define technical standards, solution patterns, and best practices for ENOVIA implementations.
- Support system integration and data exchange requirements across enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot complex PLM architecture and configuration issues.
- Participate in solution design reviews, technical discussions, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced ENOVIA Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in PLM and engineering/manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ENOVIA, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, PLM architecture, product data management, workflows, lifecycles, and configuration., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in PLM / engineering systems / manufacturing technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with ENOVIA and Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, processes, and architecture.
- Extensive experience with BOM management.
- Strong knowledge of ECR, ECO, and ECN processes.
- Experience designing and configuring workflows and lifecycles.
- Strong experience with PLM configuration and customization.
- Experience with PLM data migration.
- Understanding of NPI and product development processes.
- Knowledge of Digital Thread concepts and connected engineering/manufacturing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate directly with business and technical teams., * Experience leading enterprise-scale ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE implementations.
- Experience in engineering and manufacturing organizations.
- Experience integrating PLM with ERP, CAD, MES, or other enterprise systems.
- Strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
