Benefits & conditions

If you love data engineering, this will be a great opportunity to work on an impressively scaled system, working with the latest technologies and building your skills portfolio in a company that values individual initiative. On offer to the successful candidate is a highly competitive package including great benefits and equity.

About the company

Building a petabyte-scale data pipeline for a leading consumer electronics firm

This international company has created a family of informative and entertaining consumer devices which has made them a household name. Due to their continued growth and market success, they are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join them and help them derive the maximum business benefit from the data generated by their technology.

This role will involve you in building a scalable distributed data processing system to feed data into a petabyte scale data warehouse. You will own the data mapping, algorithms, and transformations, and help refine data solutions and ensure the solution is robust to poor quality data. You’ll be involved in everything from architectural discussions, and roadmap planning, right down to low level debugging, and you’ll have opportunities to take the lead on new projects.
