Scrum Master

A Scrum Master / Agile Coach who champions engineering-led delivery and applies Lean principles to improve flow, reduce bureaucracy, and accelerate value delivery.

Key experience should include:

Driving product-centric transformation from project-based delivery models

Establishing product teams with clear ownership and accountability

Coaching teams and leaders to adopt modern ways of working

Improving end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, build, test, release, and support

Leading organisational transformation by defining operating models, embedding standards, building capability, and scaling change

This person should focus on improving delivery outcomes and organisational effectiveness, not just facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
