This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced Engineering / Technical / Software Manager with broad knowledge of software development with some of the following fields; 3D Graphics, Mapping software, Machine Learning, Neural Networks and Computer Vision.

Only the best need apply: you should have an impressive academic background (top degree from a leading university) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar, plus extensive knowledge of graphics applications and proven technical and managerial skills. For this exciting, demanding role, you will also need to show the drive and ambition to work in a fast-paced and Agile environment.

You need to be able to convince them you have the following attributes:

• Previous hands-on C++ coder and still able to technical drive coding reviews
• Exposure to project management in an Agile environment
• Managing project teams, nurturing their professional, technical and personal development
• Championing and furthering modern software development best practice
• Providing input to the wider technical and architectural discussions

As an experienced technical manager, you should have a solid record of successful team growth, demonstrable experience in navigating the space between research and implementation, and proven skills in leading, coaching and mentoring development teams to deliver high quality, robust software.
