Forward Deployed Engineer - Data & AIRemote across European time zones · Full-timeAn early-stage AI & Data company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of AI, data, product and customers.You’ll build production solutions that solve real customer problems, while helping shape the core product.This includes building AI agents, data pipelines, integrations, PoCs and evaluation frameworks, as well as working directly with enterprise customers.What we’re looking for5+ years of software/data/AI engineering experienceStrong Python, SQL and data engineering skillsEither a Data Engineer with AI/agent experience or AI Engineer with strong data experienceExperience building and shipping production systems end-to-endUnderstanding of AI evaluation and probabilistic systemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environmentsCommercial mindset - focused on customer outcomes and ROI, not just technologyYou’ll typically spend around 40% with customers and 40% building the core product, with significant ownership and influence over what gets built.
