Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to software, technology, and product development within ABB Robotics.You will serve as the first Ru**amp;D point of contact for product-related issues and drive innovative solutions.You’ll work on an industry-leading visual localization system and map-sharing backend, delivering impact across on-premise and virtual test environments.The position blends hands-on engineering with scalable test automation in a collaborative, innovation-driven team.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Implement CI/CD integrations, infrastructure improvements, and job orchestration to accelerate development and releases.* Develop, maintain, and scale automated test pipelines across virtual and HIL environments for the Robotic Systems team.* Optimize the backend of the on-premise map sharing solution.* Act as the primary RuD contact for product-related issues and propose innovative solutions.Responsabilidades * 3+ years of Software Engineering experience * Degree in Computer Science, Robotics or a related field * Proficiency in English * Experience with Python and at least one compiled language (Rust or C++) * DevOps experience: containerization, virtualization, and OS deployment/configuration on Linux and Debian-based systems * Bonus: REST web backend, React frontend, agentic engineering, IPv4 networking * Bonus: familiarity with robotics, ROS2, embedded Linux (Jetson) Requisitos principales * Lunch allowance * Private health insurance * Home office flexibility * Company mobile phone * Learning u** training * Flexible work practices

Requirements
