Full Stack Engineer (Python & React)

We’re looking for you!At HP SCDS, we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) to join our Data & AI team within Sales Operations, supporting HP’s Graphics Solutions Business.You’ll help build an AI-powered assistant designed to enable Account Managers to work more efficiently, access relevant information faster, and make better business decisions.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a product with global reach, combining modern software engineering, data platforms, and AI technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.What will you do?Design, develop, and evolve full-stack applications for AI-powered solutions.Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.Develop modern, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with React and Vite.Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners to transform business requirements into scalable solutions.Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and key technology decisions.Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance through engineering best practices.Contribute to the growth and evolution of a product used by global sales teams.Take an active role in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.What are we looking for?Approximately 4-5 years of experience in software development.Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.Hands-on experience developing with Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.Solid understanding of modern application architectures and software engineering best practices.Experience working with relational databases.English level B2 minimum, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and collaborate with global teams.Ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary teams.Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Experience with Databricks or similar Data & AI platforms will be highly valued.Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.Familiarity with the Python and JavaScript ecosystems, including relevant libraries and frameworks, will be appreciated.Experience building cloud-native applications would be considered an advantage.Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value.Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and tackle open-ended challenges.High level of ownership, autonomy, and execution capability.Excellent collaboration skills across both technical and business stakeholders.What do we offer?You’ll join an international, collaborative, and supportive team, working on innovative solutions with a real impact on HP’s business.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and data-driven products while continuing to grow professionally in a stable environment that promotes continuous learning and development.Flexible working hoursMeal AllowancePrivate Health InsuranceAnnual Performance Bonus…And much more!Position DetailsLocation: LeónWork model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)Application: Apply directly via LinkedInDiscover more about our culture and life at HP SCDS:InstagramLinkedInYoutube
