(Senior) Cloud DevOps Engineer

To further strengthen our Corporate Unit we are looking for a: (Senior) Cloud DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) Your tasks:

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes (AKS) environments in Azure
• Develop and maintain Helm Charts to streamline deployment processes.
• Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enhance and automate deployment procedures.
• Configure network components, including VPNs, VNETs, Network Security Groups, Routes, Azure Firewall, etc.
• Ensure the security of production environments, employing best practices and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with Azure Services such as Azure Firewall, Azure APP Gateway with WAF, Azure DDoS, Storage Accounts, and Postgresql Flexible Server.
• Effectively work with HashiCorp Vault for secure storage and access to sensitive information.
• Analyze and document existing concepts, architectures, and operational processes for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing Kubernetes (AKS) environments in Azure.
• Proficiency in creating Helm Charts and utilizing Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid experience in network configuration, security, and Azure services.
• Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and logging technologies, preferably Sensu, Grafana Loki and OpsGenie.
• Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault for secure information management.
• Previous experience in managing production environments in Azure.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and principles.
• Proficiency in IaaS concepts and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to changing technologies and industry trends.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
