Requirements

Embedded C and C++ role with graphics and sensor technology

This Cambridge based start-up requires skills in both Linux and Windows environments. Generally this is an embedded role but other platforms are used at times, hence your core knowledge will be embedded C and C++.

You will need to have a good degree along with some commercial experience of the following:

  • C++ programming on Linux and Windows platforms
  • Exposure to use of cross compilers and associated development approach
  • All aspects of design and the full development life cycle
  • Some understanding of embedded C techniques

Development of device drivers and working within the Linux kernel would be a bonus. Also exposure to QT would assist you with some aspects of the role.

In addition to your technical excellence, you will need good communication skills, to show initiative, make decisions, and operate in a team. This is a great opportunity to join a start-up based in Cambridge, with the benefit of share options along with a good salary.
