Automation Test Engineer

Joining a major digital services organisation, you’ll play a key role in building and enhancing automated testing capabilities using Playwright. Working within Agile delivery teams, you’ll help embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring applications are stable, scalable, and ready for release.

• Proven experience developing automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and automation best practice
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and end-to-end customer journeys
• Solid JavaScript and/or TypeScript knowledge
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments alongside developers and product teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution within deployment workflows
