A 1st or 2:1 in computer science or electronics from a top university
Expertise with embedded coding, C / C++ and high end microcontrollers
A good understanding of commercial software development

The following are beneficial: experience working closely with target µCs in situ; control systems experience; digital signal processing (DSP), Python, an interest in mentoring, and/or electronics experience.
