Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Retail functional solutions (SAP ECC), setting the strategic direction for implementation Own and oversee the execution of SAP consulting projects for our client, ensuring alignment with business objectives Guide and supervise master data management, configuration, and testing activities performed by the team Take full accountability for delivering high-quality project outcomes on-time and within budget Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, driving discussions to identify project needs, priorities, and

requirements Mentor, coach, and support consultants within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth Establish training frameworks and support strategies for end-users Lead customer and project interviews to define scope, assess feasibility, and shape solution roadmaps Contribute to pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and proposal development Requirements 7+ years of experience in a SAP Retail functional consultant role At least 1 year of experience leading and mentoring teams of SAP consultants Deep knowledge of SAP Logistics Expertise in SD and MM Strong track record of managing full project lifecycles and stakeholder relationships at senior levels Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
