Job description

  • MacBook and full access to AI dev tooling (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, OpenAI)
  • Real ownership of architecture and technical direction, on a small team with fast decisions and little bureaucracy
  • Direct work with a US-based team on a product real people use

If you’re unsure whether you’re a fit, apply anyway. We’d rather read your application and figure it out together.

Send your CV to career@logicloom.com.np. If you have something you’re proud of - a GitHub repo, a live AI feature, or a few lines about a system you built and what you’d change about it now - include it. Optional, but we genuinely enjoy reading them.

Know someone who’d be a good fit? Tag them below.

Requirements

  • A track record of shipping and owning production software. We care more about what you’ve built and how you think about it than the number of years on your CV.
  • Some real hands-on work with LLMs - a RAG pipeline, an agent, tool-calling, anything you took past the demo stage. Side projects count.
  • Comfort across both backend and frontend. You don’t need to have used our exact stack. For context, we work in Go, Python, TypeScript and React/Next.js, and we’re happy to bring you up to speed on the parts you haven’t touched.
  • Opinions about architecture you can explain, and a sense of when to ship fast versus build for the long run.

Bonus but not required: experience with distributed US teams, depth in cloud infrastructure, or exposure to enterprise blockchain (e.g. Hyperledger Fabric).

About the company

We’re a small team building a US-market product where AI is the core of what we sell, not a feature bolted on late. We’re looking for engineers who want to build AI-powered systems end to end: the model and agent layer, the services behind it, and the interface people actually use.

What you’d work on

  • LLM-powered features and agentic workflows running in production for real customers
  • Retrieval and knowledge systems: semantic search, embeddings, document pipelines, RAG
  • The backend services and modern web frontends that make all of it usable
  • Shipping and keeping it healthy: containers, cloud, CI/CD, observability
